So, the thing is that if you want to lose your belly fat, then you are required to do sit-ups along with some more fat reduction exercise and a healthy diet.

What is the proper form of doing sit-ups?

For doing sit-ups, you have to lay down on the floor and then bend your knee. Now you have to keep your feet flat on the floor. You should join your hand behind your head and start curling the torso off the floor. In the meantime, you have to keep the glutes and feet affixed.

When you are at this position, then you should continue to lift your body until your body touches the knees. It is recommended to you that you should reverse the body movement in a controlled way by bringing the torso back to the initial position on the floor.
