Bhujangasana

After that, you should bend your knees and hold your feet with your hands. You should inhale and lift up your both hands and feet. You should hold this pose for up to 30 seconds and then try to increase it gradually up to 90 seconds. You can release this pose with an exhalation.

Kumbhakasana

When it comes to performing this yoga asana, then you have to lift your face down and lift up your body onto the straightened arms. It is advised to you that you should balance your toes and face towards or down. You can hold this pose for as long a period of time as you can. Naukasana

The nuakausana is one of the fabulous yoga poses for losing belly fat. It works amazingly on the side and front of your tummy muscles. This yoga asana is also helpful in strengthening your core. If you want to perform this pose, then you will have to lie down on the ground, and your face should be facing the ceiling. Now you should keep your hands by your side and relax your shoulders. Try to keep your legs straight. Now you should slowly raise your hands and legs at the same time from the ground. Hold your belly in and above of the ground at all the time while doing this yoga asana. When you reach a 45-degree angle, and your body forms a V shape. It is advised to you that you should hold this pose for 60 seconds and also practice breathing.
