RLS

The RLS is the kind of issue that looks similar to that of the leg tremor because the people who are suffering from the RLS feel that they have the very uncontrollable urge of shaking the legs or moving the legs. However, you must get clear that the tremor occurs when the muscle spasm becomes out of control. At the same time, the RLS causes leg movement. This can be due to the feeling of comfortlessness. The sad thing is that sometimes this damage can also be permanent. But in other cases, the person when going through alcohol withdrawal, these symptoms become are generally temporary. People who have misused alcohol for a long time can find relief from the tremor if they quit smoking.

Neuropathy

Neuropathy is the kind of nerve damage that can cause abnormal tingling sensation or pain in both the hands and the feet. In some cases, the neuropathy also gets extended to the arms and the legs, and it can cause the shaking of the legs or some unusual movements of the legs. You might not be aware of the fact that diabetes is one of the most common causes of neuropathy and that too in people who have uncontrolled blood glucose.
